Returns & Exchanges

At Taylor Essentials, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns under the conditions below.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

  • With all the included accessories

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom products


How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly.
