Returns & Exchanges
At Taylor Essentials, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date of confirmed delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- With all included accessories and dust bags
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom products
- Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery
How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number and reason for return. If approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue.
We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as returns followed by a new purchase, subject to product availability.
